Polaroids take 2
Polaroids (Wide) Left = 1st shot (no flash) Middle = 2nd shot ("L" Light setting with flash) Right = 3rd shot (Flash only)
Following my previous attempts I wanted to try and use daylight (outside) and be further away from the subject (based on Ricky's advice) so tried some more shots with my lovely model >_< I'm not sure why the first one was so dark, but it was taken on the other side of the garden and perhaps there just wasn't enough sun. I really like the other two though! The one on the light setting (middle) is a bit over exposed but I think that is just in keeping with what I expect from a polaroid anyway - they are both pictures I love and it's encouraged me to start taking more!
I'd ideally like to photograph people, but as polaroids are such an instant way of keeping a physical copy i'd really love to photograph people that mean something to me rather than strangers/models. I'd really like to take photographs of my female partner in a similar way to how I took some digital images recently, but using polaroid if I can get it to work inside:
